Warranty Terms & Conditions:
- Our
product is under warranty to the buyers as per mention period in effective
price list to specific model against manufacturing defect in our product only.
Without product liabilities. Defective parts of our product will be repair or replace
at our option free of charge ex-works, under the warranty period as per
following terms & conditions. 

(1) The duly filled
card in all respects or relevant cash memo or money receipt must preserved and
produce along with the product. (2) Service transaction will be through our
authorised dealer against the buyer’s expense only. (3) Warranty is valid from
the date our invoice. (4) Only the parts of our products and its services are
free of charge during warranty period at our works. (5) Our product must be
installed as an auto control circuit breaker in ideal conditions/climate at rated
voltage and current, keeping in minds our all technical configuration terms and
conditions. (6) In our product, line/input & load/output terminal
connecters are not under warranty in case of burn out. If it may burnt,
warrantee will be cancel for fully product (7) Warranty will be null & void
if our product is damaged by tempered, opened, installation in moisture,
installation without pure air ventilation and improper use excess than our
technical configuration. (8) The company liability is limited to our product
only and the company shall not be liable under this warranty in respect of any
type of loss, personal injury or fatal, damage to property of consequential
damage etc…by utilization of the products. (9) Nearest standard IS:12640: 1998
recommended the ELCB be not considered as a sole means of protections. It is
essential to provide properly insulated, ELCB does not eliminate the electric
shock but limits duration of passage of 50Hz AC electric current through human
body or other parts to such a short time that probabilities of fatal effect are
reduced to minimum (10) If customer choose the MCB's make in chargeable
service, charge will be depend on the make of MCBs. (11) If product may
tempered, damaged without water/dust/wet proof application, wrong application
regarding our technical specification, burned due to external fire or connector
block fire, warranty will be cancel & product will be total loss. (12) Any
replaced part will be not return in case of chargeable service except then
demanding of MCBs only, with product delivery. (13) Only replaced parts are
under warranty for three months of chargeable service except then MCB. (14) If
customer can supply the damaged parts from open market, our company charge will
be only Rs. 150/- without any warranty F.O.R. our company(i.e. MCBs without
shunt) (15) Our company provides bill for replaced part and products serial
number record which is on product for warranty as per our policy. Only customers
are responsible to provide related bill copy or record for sales as well as
service warranty period. (16) If customer ask/supply the product for repair
without any fault, our minimum charge will be Rs. 100/- (17) Company provides
service only ex-works & through dealer or any particular supplier. (18)
Customer must have be confirm his full name, tin & address with phone
number in challan otherwise company will be not responsible to return the product.
(19) Customer have must recollect the product within three months, otherwise
company will be not responsible to return the product. (20) Service bill will
be in favour of the details, which are in specially formatted for service
challan. (21) Model changes and ampere changes are not possible by any cost.
(22) Maximum 10 years old product are repairable, then after it is not
advisable or acceptable. (23) Once you supply the product for service at our
company. You are agreeing for our all these terms & conditions keeping in
mind previously. (24) Due to continues research & development or
discontinue of necessary/related parts, there may change in external function
& features in service product. (25) If customer wants site service,
traveling & all other expense will be pay direct to service technician.
(26) If there may defect in more the one parts our section, charge will be
summation of all parts which are under different section regarding listed
service listed service charge in service charge price list. (27) Subject to
Rajkot jurisdiction only. 

Business Terms &
Conditions:- (1) Above prices are exclusive of
all taxes, packing & forwarding handling, insurance and all taxes will be
charged extra if applicable. (2) Prices and technical specifications are subject
to change without prior notice. (3) The above prices and warranty service will
be Ex-Works. (4) Please read our all technical literature, warranty terms and
conditions, warnings, or ask for any question before your order or purchase.
(5) Once order will not be cancelled. (6) Goods once sold will not be accepted
back in any circumstances. (7) Payment 100% against delivery or document
through bank, otherwise interest will charged @24% p.a. from the date of
invoice. (8) We packs & check goods carefully for dispatch on purchaser's
risk. The purchase will be file all claims for loss, damages or shortage direct
with carrier. We are not responsible, once goods leave our premises. (9) E.
&O.E. (10) other terms and conditions are reserve for manufacturer. (11)
Subject to Rajkot Jurisdiction only.
